He is Three

I can still recall the day he was born. He never laughed till he became 10 months old. Only thing he did was just stared at me. He cried a lot even though he was hungry or not, Even though he felt uncomfortable or not. When he saw me for the first time after 9 months in the Airport he couldn’t recognize me. Two days later he used to inspect me and slowly became friendly with me. I never forget the way he used to run with me and he liked me to carry him even though he could walk. On 7th August 2008 he will be three years old. I am dying to see my grown up son soon.

Floating in the Sea

Last Weekend we went to Qantab Beach. I spent about half an hour floating and smiling at the bright sun. I still recall the days I spent hours to learn how to float and one fine day I realised it was just a matter of keeping your body straight. Of course a slight upward movement of your head will give you the perfect balance. I've tried floating about an hour but the bright sunshine did not allow me to carry on. I still struggle with perfect action of backstroke and if I succeed I am sure I will spend hours and hour in the sea.

Sri Lankans

There are many things I have to write about the Sri Lankans. The first thing is we consider collection of all the ethnic groups as a single nation and will not allow any stupid mediators to divide our country. All the Sri Lankans are with that idea. If anybody is against that I doubt he is a true Sri Lankan. So Sri Lankans have one vision and one mission in common.

SUPERB

Our cricketers have made it again, beating India by innings and 239 runs. It is a remarkable achievement. even though I missed the opportunity to watch the match live, my thoughts were with them. The feeling we get by watching a cricket match will never be experienced from another event in life. I remember the days I have calculated the required run rates in one day matches and anticipated our batsmen to score fours and sixes in every ball.

I am always stunned by the performance of our Cricketers. I Will write in length when they win the match against India.

A Simple Habit May Change Your Whole Life

I've started doing 10 push ups a day. I won't take even 5 minutes. But the consequences are great. I feel really energetic (though the arms started paining). I will improve this habit in future to at least 50 push ups. Then I feel my body machine will work properly.

Just 5 minutes a day and the whole life will be benefited. I like that idea.
